Robert has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2002 and a licensed Broker since 2006. Robert has served in multiple leadership roles at KW Metro and now KW Signature. He started as a Mentor and Coach and has coached, mentored or trained over 1000+ agents. In addition to being a Top Coach in the real estate industry, Robert took those leadership skills and sales skills and added the position of Managing Broker in 2015 for one of San Diego's largest and most productive real estate franchises in the Metro market of San Diego. His commitment and passion for teaching and coaching agents showed in the record breaking agent production they experienced.
